While the summer is coming to a close, the menu’s keep rolling in and The Clever Koi has announced their Late Summer Food & Drink menu.
In an effort to keep things interesting during these dog days of summer, the restaurant has created some impressive new dishes and we’ve got it all broken down for you right here.
Green Papaya Salad| Exotic papaya is paired with crunchy peanuts and a spicy chili soy vinaigrette
Miso Grilled Calamari Steak| A small plate bursting with big flavors brought about by accompanying fingerling potato salad, green beans and pickled onions
Chicken & Waffles Steamed Buns| This eclectic nontraditional dish is served with a kimchee waffle, chili maple syrup and scallions
Roasted Peach Fritters| A sweet ending to any meal, this dish is topped with a five spice and vanilla cream cheese.
Dark & Stormy| Myers dark rum, allspice bitters and ginger beer
Paloma| El Jimador blanco tequila, Maldon salt, grapefruit and lemongrass soda
Pierre Gomez| Cazadores reposado, Gran Classico Bitter and Guillaumette Genepi liquer
Innocent Postcard| Saler’s apertif, Bonal and orange flower water
Up In Smoke| Corsair Triple Smoke whiskey, Bonal, St. George spiced pear and Gomme
