There is no doubt that summer is here, and summer in the Valley is no joke! It can sometimes feel like we are living on the surface of the sun. One of the perks of summer is that we get to see the menus at our favorite restaurants change with the season.Summer Menu Series

For the next few weeks, we will be featuring a new summer menu every few days to make sure that you have all the best options to stay fed and cool in the heat.

First up is the Summer Prix-Fixe Menu at Different Pointe of View.

The Bites

You have your choice of one item from each of the following categories:

Appetizers

  • Lemon Scented Artichoke & Fresh Mozzarella Raviolis
  • Seared Berkshire Pork Belly
  • Lemon Brie Risotto
  • Lobster Bisque

Salads

  • Compressed Caramelized Pineapple & Fig
  • Chopped Romaine
  • Arugula Peach & Pistachio
  • Avocado, Cucumber & Micro Herb

Main

  • Arctic Char
  • Grilled Cedar  River Marinated Hanger Steak
  • Vanilla Brandy Poached Maine Lobster
  • Pan Seared Diver Scallops
  • Grilled Piquillo Pesto Scented Shrimp
  • Grilled Cedar River Filet Mignon
  • Seared Fulton Valley Farms Free Range Roasted Chicken
  • Achiote Seared Local Pork Tenderloin
  • Chef’s Feature of the Day

Dessert

  • Classic Tahitian Vanilla Bean Creme Brulee
  • Peanut Butter and Chocolate
  • White Chocolate Panna Cotta & Spiced Porter Cake
  • Lemon Corn Angel Cake (gluten free)
  • Chiffon Date Cake
  • Chocolate Cream & Buttery Salted Caramel

The Booze

All cocktails, wine or beer selections will be separate from the prix-fixe menu and will come at an additional cost.

The Bucks

This three-course dinner will only cost you $39.95 (not including tax, gratuity or beverages) which will equate to a savings of up to $20.00 per person.
