Four Peaks Brewing Company has a long-standing tradition in the Valley for having award winning beers and Beckett’s Table is a neighborhood favorite. Pair the two, and that sounds like a perfect way to spend the evening.
Beckett’s Table Chefs Justin and Jeff have collaborated with Four Peaks’ Chef Mark to come up with a three course beer-centric dinner. For only $42 (tax and gratuity not included) you can be part of this exclusive event. The menu looks like the perfect marriage of culinary and brew mastery. See for yourself:
First | Southern Hospitality Platter
Beer poached and chilled shrimp, collard green pecan pesto, pickled tomatoes and mustard seeds, house smoked horseradish Fontina
Second | House-made Pork Belly Pastrami
House-made sauerkraut, brioche pretzel, “thousand island” pickle relish
Third | La Plancha Seared Domestic Lamb Chops
White bean garlic puree, pickled peppers, preserved lemon, escarole, mustard breadcrumbs
