Four Peaks Beer Dinner at Beckett’s Table

Arizona Beer Week is in full swing and by now you may have taken part in some educational classes and tastings. In the event that you are still thirsty, join in the Four Peaks Beer Dinner on Wednesday, February 19th at Beckett’s Table.

about_01Four Peaks Brewing Company has a long-standing tradition in the Valley for having award winning beers and Beckett’s Table is a neighborhood favorite. Pair the two, and that sounds like a perfect way to spend the evening.

Beckett’s Table Chefs Justin and Jeff have collaborated with Four Peaks’ Chef Mark to come up with a three course beer-centric dinner. For only $42 (tax and gratuity not included) you can be part of this exclusive event. The menu looks like the perfect marriage of culinary and brew mastery. See for yourself:

First | Southern Hospitality Platter

Beer poached and chilled shrimp, collard green pecan pesto, pickled tomatoes and mustard seeds, house smoked horseradish Fontina

Second | House-made Pork Belly Pastrami

House-made sauerkraut, brioche pretzel, “thousand island” pickle relish

Third | La Plancha Seared Domestic Lamb Chops

White bean garlic puree, pickled peppers, preserved lemon, escarole, mustard breadcrumbs

Be sure to call 602.954.1700 to save your seat as reservations are required and seating is limited. Beckett’s Table is located at 3717 East Indian School Road in Phoenix.
