Food Truck Caravan’s July Schedule
Scottsdale’s Food Truck Caravan (a local initiative rolling popular food trucks into downtown Scottsdale on Saturday nights) seems to be a big hit so far and they’re adding to their food truck lineup each week. The event takes place every Saturday night from 7:30-11:30pm on the NW corner of 5th Ave. and Goldwater in Old Town. In addition to all the food truck goodness, they host an “Ate on 5th” program that allows eaters to receive discounts at participating area merchants, restaurants and bars just by purchasing food off of one of the trucks.
Check out the July lineup of events:
- Saturday, July 13: “Caravan Classics,” featuring Classic Rock by Bandero, a four-piece band that plays Classic Rock. The trucks will serve a special “Ate on 5th” dish that consists of menu classics from around the world.
Featured Trucks: Grilled Cheese Truck Phoenix, Luncha Libre, Gourmet Command Center, Sweet Magnolia’s, Super Farm Food Truck, Udder Delights, AZ Sno Shack, Brat Haus and Torched Goodness.
- Saturday, July 20: “Caravan Duo,” featuring music by Van and Melanie, a duo. The trucks will serve a special “Ate on 5th” dish that blends nicely together, think things that can’t live without each other like gourmet Mac & Cheese.
Featured Trucks: Great Balls & Sliders, Luncha Libre, Sandra Dee’s, The Great Pho King Truck, Super Farm Food Truck, Udder Delights and Torched Goodness.
- Saturday, July 27: “Caravan Variety,” featuring EzD’s, a four-piece Variety band. The trucks will serve a special “Ate on 5th” sampler plate that gives diners a variety of their menu.
Featured Trucks: Great Balls & Sliders, Traveling Monk, Grilled Cheese Truck Phoenix, AZ Sno Shack, Sweet Magnolia’s, Aji Mobile Foods, Super Farm Food Truck, Udder Delights and Brat Haus.
