Hungry Hill Italian Sausage Sangwich now offered at The Adobe Restaurant
Much to Valley golfers’ delight, a ballpark favorite has made its way onto the menu at The Adobe Restaurant at the Arizona Biltmore Golf Club: the Hungry Hill Italian Sausage Sangwich.
Jerry Colangelo of JDM Partners, owners of AZ Biltmore Golf Club and Jimmy Fares, owner of Hungry Hill Sausages, childhood friends in Chicago’s south side, both grew up in Chicago Heights in an area known as “Hungry Hill” as families often went without food here. Later, they reconnected as adults here in the Valley with the goal of bringing a taste of their hometown to Phoenix.
So what’s this whole Sangwich thing about? Jimmy Fares’ signature dish includes the Hungry Hill Italian Sausage Sangwich which is served with peppers and onions (drool) on a toasted hoagie roll with crispy fries for $7.95.
You can visit The Adobe Restaurant at the Arizona Biltmore Golf Club for breakfast, lunch and evening cocktails and appetizers.
