Camelback Inn plans Partida Tequila Dinner for February 20
Tequila fans, hold on to your sombreros because there’s a Partida Tequila Dinner planned for Monday, February 20, that’ll have you running to Rita’s Kitchen faster than you can say ‘tequila.’ The dinner, held at Scottsdale’s Camelback Inn, will begin at 6:30pm with a reception followed by a four-course dinner at 7pm. Each course will be paired with a handcrafted tequila cocktail created by Jacques Bezuidenhout, Partida Brand Ambassador & Mixologist, and Trudy Thomas, Director of Beverage at the Inn.

Second Course | Green Chili Pork Tamale/ Habanero Salsa/Vegetable Escabeche
Main Course | Wagyu Skirt Steak/Celery Root Puree/Artichoke & Mushroom Ragout/Au Jus
Finale | Cilantro Coconut Tart/Key Lime Custard/Tequila – Strawberry Sorbet
