Chef Jeremy Pacheco Shares Holiday Grilling Secrets on November 12th

November 12th at 2pm, Chef Jeremy Pacheco will lead a class at LON’s at the Hermosa sharing his secrets for holiday cooking on the grill. While he teaches, sip some wine and sample each of his holiday dishes while learning how to roast turkey, prime rib, pork shoulder and leg of lamb on the grill.
To top it all off, he’s adding some roasted Brussels sprouts, grilled potatoes and cast iron stuffing into the mix. Hungry yet?
