Phoenix Cooks’ PC Squared Dinner Series Wraps Up on August 27th
The 7th Annual Phoenix Cooks! event will take place on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend at the JW Marriot Desert Ridge with some of the Valley’s most acclaimed chefs and restaurants. They’re bringing the “sizzle” again this year with sixteen intimate cooking classes highlighting topics ranging from wine, spirits, specialty dishes, Alaskan beer and more, as well as four live interactive cooking stages with chef demos beginning every half hour.
They’ve rolled out a new dinner series this year to promote the event and raise money for the Phoenix Children’s Hospital: PC². The PC² (PC Squared) dinner series began on Saturday, August 13th, and is held on each of the three Saturdays leading up to the big event. Participating restaurants offer guests special offers and menu items with a percentage of the proceeds benefitting the fantastic cause.
The last of the series takes place on Saturday, August 27th. Participating restaurants will offer a Pre-Fixe Tasting Menu of three courses paired with a selected libation for $35 per person. Participating restaurants include Bluewater Grill, District American Kitchen & Wine Bar, Narcisse Champagne & Tea Lounge, Province, and Roka Akor.
