Monti, May I?

Aaron May, best known for OverEasy, Iruna, Mabel’s on Main and The Lodge will be in charge at Monti’s La Casa Vieja on Tuesday, May 24th for the Culinary Masters Series.  If the talk of the previous Masters dinners is any indication, you should call right now to get a table!

Owner, Michael Monti stated, “We’ve had an incredible run so far with Eddie Matney and Beau MacMillan and are looking to continue the momentum”.

Guests are invited to reserve a table between 5–10pm.

What can you expect from Aaron May?

  • Appetizers | Loaded Potato Wedges “Patatas Bravas”, with spicy pimentón and tomato sauce | Barcelona-style Hot Wings, pimiento, piquillo peppers and Cabrales blue cheese
  • Seafood | Broiled Cod al Pil Pil: Garlic and spicy guindilla pepper sauce | Salmon a la Asturias: Green apple, onion and Serrano ham crisp
  • Meat | Monti’s Ribs: Quince jelly glaze | Filet Mignon: Romesco sauce (almonds, red bell pepper, garlic, olive oil) with Grilled calcots (Spanish green onions)
