Planning ahead for your weekend out? We’ve highlighted some of our favorite weekend events to make it a little easier (and tastier!).

Here’s our Weekend Guide for May 20th-May 22nd

Friday, May 20th

  • 6:30pm – Montelucia Summer Concert Series: Vinyl Station Performing – Complimentary

Get ready to dance to your favorite songs when the Valley’s most popular cover bands take the stage and perform live in Cortijo Plaza at the beautiful Montelucia Resort. The concert series will occur every Friday night from May 20th to July 8th in Cortijo Plaza at 6:30pm. Friday, Vinyl Station will perform. This event is complimentary, but while you’re out, head to Prado for some tapas!

Saturday, May 21st

  • 2pm-6pm – Ameri”CAN” Canned Craft Beer Festival – $45

Saturday afternoon SanTan Brewing Company presents a festival of cans. Supporting and celebrating the craft beer movement during the recognized American Craft Beer Week. Award ceremony, live entertainment, food, VIP, beer science garden, beer Olympics and over 40 local and national breweries celebrating the canned craft beer revolution. Sunday, May 22nd

  • 5:30pm-7:30pm – Gluten-free Cooking Class at Luci’s Healthy Marketplace – $49.99

Living gluten-free is easy when you know how to cook!  Join Dee McCaffrey as she shows you how to make a simple gluten-free and tasty meal and dessert. Menu: Dijon Garlic Chicken over Easy Sautéed Greens with Minty Quinoa; Dessert: Chocolate Covered Stuffed Dates. For more information, visit this link.
