New Year’s Eve – Italian Style!

If there’s one thing Italians are famous for, it’s their festive style of celebrating. This New Year’s Eve, experience an authentic taste of a traditional Italian celebration with a festive meal and the exciting atmosphere of Amaro Pizzeria & Vino Lounge in Cave Creek.

The $49 price fixe meal with champagne toast offers a delicious and value-oriented option for a New Years Eve night out on the town without triple-digit prices, long lines and drink minimums.

For New Year’s Eve, owners Tagan Dering and Frank Vairo along with Chef Jon Spahr are flexing their culinary abilities by crafting a special three-course meal featuring popular Italian specialties. The $49 per person price fixe menu includes choice of starter, entree and dessert and a champagne toast.  For complete menu please see below.

Guests are invited to stay in the Vino Lounge and celebrate the New Year with a live broadcast of the NYC Time Square ball drop with additional champagne and cocktail specials throughout the evening.

Guests are asked to make reservations for New Year’s Eve by calling 480-502-1920. Tax and gratuity not included.

Menu Options for the New Year’s Eve Dining Event

Starter (choice of)

  • Duck Confit Risotto Croquettemushroom panna cotta, smoked pecans
  • Gnocchi Potato Saladpomodoro fresco, truffled potato chips
  • Mortadella Foccaciawood fired flat bread, pistachio mortadella, sea salt, extra virgin olive oil, rosemary/taleggio aioli

Main (choice of)

  • Veal Saltimboccaproscuitto/sage rolled scaloppini, buffalo mozzarella, brown butter/garlic sauce, sweet potato bread budding, saba jus
  • Beef Brasatoslow cooked beef pot roast, birra beans, pancetta braised brussel sprouts, shoe string onions
  • Lobster Papardelleolive oil/garlic marinated lobster tail, basil papardelle, red pepper/butter, parmesan asparagus

Dessert (choice of)

  • Tiramisuespresso soaked lady fingers, vanilla/rum sabayon, bitter cocao
  • Panna Cotta Vanigliavanilla bean custard, house-made caramel, fresh strawberries
  • Hazelnut Chocolate Tartufohazelnut short bread, milk chocolate mousse, nutella custard, dark chocolate ganache
