Chris Galli will Guest Chef Again this Friday at Petite Maison

The Hipster cooks again! Friday, December 10th, Chris Galli will suit up his in chef’s coat once again to guest chef for Petite Maison’s Staff Meal. The staff meal will be a part of the restaurant’s canned food drive initiative for St. Mary’s Food Bank. Petite Maison has a goal of 1000 cans to donate and with your help, they are aiming to reach their goal this weekend.

Chris Galli, a local foodie who knows his way around the kitchen, has created this menu for the night’s Staff Meal:

• PBR Braised Beef Stew – $12 (or free with unlimited refills if you bring in 5 cans)
• Red Cup: Rum “Enhanced” Apple Cider – $5 (or free with an additional donation of 5 cans)
• Dessert: Blackberry-Sage Crème Brûlée – $8 (or free with an additional donation of 5 cans)

*For our vegetarian friends, a vegetarian chili offering will also be available!

Chris has already done the math for you: If you bring in 20 cans, you’ll get unlimited PBR Braised Beef Stew, 2 Red Cups and dessert!
