Local Bistro Opens in Scottsdale on November 24th
This week, a new restaurant opens its doors in Scottsdale on November 24th: Local Bistro. Local Bistro will celebrate the flavors of Italy, France and Spain through its chic, yet still affordable menu.
Local Bistro offers traditional European dishes ranging from handmade pastas, wood-burning Neapolitan-style pizzas, chops, steaks, salads and seafood.
Some of the dishes at Local Bistro will include:
Prosciutto Wood-fired Pizza with mozzarella, prosciutto, arugula and truffle oil ($12)
Margherita Wood-fired Pizza with tomato, mozzarella and basil ($10)
Spaghetti al Pesto with basil pesto, haricot vert, potatoes and pecorino cheese ($12)
Bouillabaisse fresh fish, clams, mussels, shrimp, calamari and a light saffron tomato jus ($26)
New York Strip Au Poivré with frites and a brandy peppercorn sauce ($24)
Local Bistro uses house made ingredients that are sourced locally whenever possible. Additionally, the bar features an ample selection of hand-picked award-winning wines and serves fresh cocktails made from scratch.
