Over 30 area restaurants set to participate in TASTE Chandler’s Culinary Festival 2010

Saturday, October 2nd, 32 area restaurants will be showcasing their best bites and beverages at TASTE Chandler’s Culinary Festival 2010.

The event will take place in Historic Downtown Chandler from 6pm to 10pm at AJ Chandler Park (3 S. San Marcos Place), between Arizona Ave. and Buffalo St.

Portions of event’s proceeds will benefit the Downtown Chandler Community Partnership, a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit charity, and silent auction provided by The Chandler Service Club, a non-profit charity that benefits the local Chandler community.

Participating restaurants include:

AJ’s Café / Cathy’s Rum Cake / Chandler BBQ / Chino Bandino / Coach & Willies / Crave Artisan Ice Cream / DVine / El Zocalo / Floridino’s Pizza and Pasta /  Hungry Monk / In Pockets Bakery / Kokopelli Winery& Bistro / La Familigia / Latitude Eight / The Living Room / Murphy’s Law / Paletas Betty / Pita Jungle / Pitta Souvli / Red, White & Brew / SanTan Brewing Company / Shimogamo Japanese Restaurant / Siracha Lounge / Urban Tea Loft / Von Hanson’s Meat Market

Tickets are $45 for adults (21-and-older ONLY) and that price includes beverages. Tickets can be purchased on-line at tastechandler.com.

VIP tickets are $75 and include valet parking and entry in a cruise getaway. VIP’s will be able to enjoy a lavish VIP-only courtyard where select restaurants, sponsors and guests are invited. VIPs will be pampered with private cooking presentations from Executive Chefs at Le Cordon Bleu, Heidi Lee from Into the Soup, and Chino Bandido’s Eve Collins; succulent delicacies; and soothing jazz music and entertainment.
