Summer Menu Series: TapHouse Kitchen

TapHouse Kitchen is fairly new to the Hilton Village in Scottsdale, having first opened its doors in March of 2014. They have since made a reputation for themselves providing great quality food and service with a focus on quality ingredients and impeccably high standards.TapHouse Kitchen

Executive Chef Patrick Karvis has created a new summer menu, sure to please diners of all tastes!

The Bites

Below are just a few of the new menu items:

  • Pasta Primavera (lunch & dinner)—Angel hair pasta, roasted corn, snap peas, baby portobello, heirloom tomato, parmesan cream sauce.
  • Halibut Sandwich (lunch only)—California halibut, grilled pineapple, mixed greens, cucumber mayo, bolillo bread.
  • Green Lip Mussels & Andouille Sausage (Starter-lunch, dinner, happy hour, brunch)—Steamed mussels, Andouille sausage, longboard garlic butter sauce.
  • Pan Seared California Halibut (dinner)—Grilled potatoes, roasted crimini mushrooms, saffron picatta sauce.

The Booze

Looking or the perfect pairings for their new summer entrees?

  • Pair the Pasta Primavera with a Sierra Nevada Pale Ale or Kendall Jackson Avant
  • Pair the Halibut Sandwich with an Oak Creek Nut Brown Ale or Simi Sauvignon Blanc
  • Pair the Green Lip Mussels & Andouille Sausage with a Kona Longboard Lager or Ruffino Pinot Grigio
  • Pair the Pan Seared California Halibut with an Anderson Valley Boont Amber Ale or Ferrari Carano Chardonnay
