Celebrity Chef Tour Dinner to Benefit James Beard Foundation

Join Celebrity Chef Bradford Thompson and Host Celebrity Chef Beau MacMillan, of elements, on October 14th for a five-course Celebrity Chef Tour dinner benefiting the James Beard Foundation.

The dinner will be held at Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain at 7:00 pm. Your ticket purchase will include reception, dinner, wine pairings, tax and gratuity. The pre-dinner reception features passed canapés, wine and Stella Artois beer, while mingling and chatting with Chef Beau MacMillan and Chef Bradford Thompson.

Chef Thompson, formerly of Mary Elaine’s at the Phoenician, will create a dinner menu with New England inspired dishes, with his host, Chef Beau.

The Menu:

Sashimi of Fluke
Spiced Coconut Broth, Tempura Fried Herbs

Cod Duo
Salt Cod Cake, Wild Mushroom, Parsley Sauce, Steamed Cod in a Shellfish-Miso Broth

Lobster Pot Pie
English Peas, Potatoes, Black Truffle

Monkfish “Portuguese Style”
Sausage, Heirloom Tomatoes

Miso Panna Cotta
Yuzu Passion Fruit Gelee, Blueberry Whipped Cream, Smoked Caramel Crunch

Each course will feature wine pairings and the opportunity to interact with the chefs as they present.

The Celebrity Chef Tour showcases the culinary artistry of James Beard Foundation Award winners and celebrity chefs in restaurants, resorts, and other exclusive venues around the country. Like dining at the James Beard House, guests have the rare opportunity to interact with the participating chefs throughout the evening and savor specially designed tasting menus complete with wine and beverage pairings.
