Friday Bites: Chef Sean Currid
Have you ever wondered where your favorite Chefs go when they have a craving after a long day of cooking in their professional kitchens? So have we! So we have asked some of our favorites what some of their favorites are in the form of our Friday Bites feature.
First up in the rotation is Executive Chef Sean Currid of Blue Hound Kitchen & Cocktails. Chef Currid has made his presence known in the Valley after graduating from the Scottsdale Culinary Institute in 1997. He has left his mark at the JW Marriott’s Camelback Inn, Michael’s at the Citadel, Mary Elaine’s at the Phoenician, The Hotel Valley Ho, Sanctuary Resort and Spa and now at Blue Hound Kitchen & Cocktails at the Hotel Palomar in Downtown Phoenix.
Chef Currid presents his dishes as works of art that serve to elevate the ingredients with creative and eclectic rubs, marinades and infusions. If you are looking for fresh and seasonal dishes, Chef Currid’s menu at Blue Hound Kitchen & Cocktails will never disappoint.
