Details | KOVO will be serving a special three-course dinner, featuring dishes made especially for the occasion. For the first course, choose from the sexy shrimp with lemon pepper and garlic sauce and shaved asparagus, served with Noble bread, or the feta berry salad featuring mixed greens, feta cheese, caramelized walnuts, and raspberry vinaigrette. Entree choices are a wood-fired salmon with olive oil, fresh herbs, farro risotto, heirloom carrots and green beans, and a creamy pesto sauce, or the KOVO filet, served with herb-garlic cream mashed potatoes and a rosemary mushroom sauce. For dessert, couples can share either the lover’s bougatsa, a creamy Greek custard layered in buttered filo dough, topped with a caramel cinnamon reduction and fresh berries, or the chocolate affair, a chocolate cake mousse, served with a chocolate and dark cherry reduction.
