Restaurant Opening | Blind Dragon to Find its Way to Scottsdale
If you’ve spent any time in LA (or Dubai for that matter), you’ve likely heard of Blind Dragon and if you love it, you will love this news!
Local Korey Boals has collaborated with h.wood Group and Innovative Dining Group to bring the popular LA hot spot to Old Town Scottsdale. Blind Dragon is an amalgam of karaoke spot, supper club and lounge and is anticipated to open on Friday, January 26th.
What Can You Expect From Blind Dragon in Scottsdale?
Our Scottsdale location will feature a speakeasy entrance that will lead directly inside where you will discover a loading dock décor. There will also be a stunning Asian mural specially created by local artist Randall Hedden. The 8,500 square foot space will feature spacious, luxurious, customized booths, six private and uniquely themed karaoke rooms with their own televisions and audio systems.
This unique spot will be open Thursday through Saturday from 6pm until 2am and will feature alluring performances from sultry singers. Reservations are highly recommended to assure that you get the most coveted tables, especially if you’re visiting for a special event. The menu will be made up of exotic small plates along with Asian themed cocktails.
John Terzian, Co-Founder of The h.wood Group comments on the latest endeavor saying, “Scottsdale is an exciting market and is so close to Los Angeles. We have been wanting to be there for a while, and happy to expand this special element of our portfolio. We look forward to being part of the Scottsdale scape.”
The new Blind Dragon Scottsdale will echo the original themed interiors designed by John Sofio of Built, Inc., and will be constructed by George Monzures of Monzures Company. Korey Boals will serve as managing partner; he’s a community leader and accountant with a vast amount of experience in business, finance and operations.
We checked out the LA menu and if the Scottsdale Blind Dragon features some of the same items, we can’t wait to try out their sizzling tofu tobanyako, tuna poke bowl (obvi!) and their wagyu sliders with a Fu Manchu or Thyme Machine to wash it all down!
Are you excited for the opening? Will I see you there singing your heart out??
