Celebrate Negroni Week with Ocean Prime's OP NegroniWhat is Negroni Week?

Negroni Week was initiated in 2013 by Imbibe Magazine and Campari to celebrate one of the most beloved cocktails as well as to raise funds for charities around the world. The special event has grown from 100 participating venues to over 6,000. Since the origination, over $900,000 has been raised for charitable causes. The participating restaurants create their own spin on the classic cocktail, like Ocean Prime’s OP Negroni.

Ocean Prime will also feature this special Negroni at all of their locations during Negroni Week. They will be donating $1 from each cocktail to Inspire Artistic Minds, a charity that is focused on providing scholarships and educational experiences to advance the arts in the areas of sight, sound and taste with a strong focus on the food and beverage industry.

Ryan Valentine, Ocean Prime’s Director of Beverage, has developed the OP Negroni, a simple but delicious rendition of the classic Negroni. Make sure to pop into Ocean Prime during Negroni Week to check out this delightful cocktail and then bookmark the recipe below so you can enjoy it at home any time of the year!
