Crab & Mermaid Food Truck to Debut at Russo Steele

Posted on: January 12th, 2017 by Taryn Jeffries No Comments

It’s no secret that we love food trucks and poke here at PhoenixBites. The poke situation was a bit of a fixation in 2016, with no indications of subsiding in 2017 especially since we have just now heard about the new food truck from Crab & Mermaid Fish Shop. What?! Yes, you heard it here first! Crab & Mermaid are hitting the streets and taking a ton of their most popular dishes with them!

The Crab & Mermaid food truck’s first appearance will be January 18th (through the 22nd) at the Russo & Steele auto show with additional appearances at other major events throughout the year. You won’t be able to miss the truck thanks to familiar branding, you know, the nautical theme and the siren call of their mermaid logo.
