Vom Fass Grand Opening

If you have ever had occasion to visit Sedona and wander around the Tlaquepaque center you have likely wandered upon Vom Fass, a unique store offering up craft olive oil, balsamic vinegars and liquors. One time when I was vacationing in Sedona, my husband and I wandered in and purchased a combo pack of olive oils and balsamic in addition to a bottle of absinthe which made for an interesting evening along Oak Creek Canyon.

Starting on Saturday. a day trip is no longer needed to get your Vom Fass fix. Vom Fass have planned a series of free events open to the community from 12-9 p.m., Saturday, April 25 and 12-5 pm., Sunday, April 26.

Street tacos will be provided throughout the day on Saturday, coinciding with craft cocktail clinics, grab bag prizes, a signature VOM FASS “Enjoy!” cookbook giveaway, tequila and margarita tasting and finishing the evening with gelato topped with a variety of delicious Vom Fass products.

From-the-cask tastings of VOM FASS oils, award-winning vinegars, unique liquors and cask-aged spirits and hand-selected wines will go on throughout the weekend.
