We are very excited to announce a new giveaway with Dreamfarm, makers of kitchen tools and gadgets that get culinary tasks done easier – and often times better than your usual tools. Their line of products has a quirkiness to them that I love and the collection is anything but average. The design team at Dreamfarm have self-proclaimed themselves as ‘problem-solving inventors’ and have made their mission to seek out new ways to solve problems. Kitchen problems, that is. These out-of-the-box thinkers use their creative minds to design unique products that often are multi-tasking tools… getting two jobs done at once… that whole ‘kill two birds with one stone’ mentality. Most of the products’ design is unlike anything you’ve ever seen – and certainly untraditional – though every part of its design serves a purpose. Even Dreamfarm’s packaging is fun and playful with the exclamation ‘Hooray!’ displayed inside the opened Teafu and Vebo boxes – I love that!

We had the opportunity to test both products and now they’ve become some of the most-reached tools in my kitchen.

Teafu Tea Infuser in Bubblegum

The Teafu Tea Infuser makes brewing loose tea easy and mess-free. The infuser opens up allowing you to scoop your favorite tea leaves right into your cup (no need to dirty a spoon). Teafu submerges right into your cup as it infuses your hot water through its flexible infuser pod which actually brews your tea faster because it forces water in and out, causing the hot water to circulate your tea leaves. When it is done, simply squeeze the tool forcing out every last drop of fresh-brewed tea in the pod and you’re left with no drips or puddle-y mess. The tool can sit upright on your countertop and looks cool too – check out the spectrum of colors it’s available in.

The Vebo Vegetable Cooker also saves dishes as it allows you to boil, steam, and strain your vegetables all in one so you won’t have to dirty up an extra strainer or colander. The dishwasher-safe steamer/strainer is made from heat-resistant silicone and can mold to the shape of almost any pot, squashing down easily to fit into smaller pans. Its comfortable blue handles pop up and are always cool to the touch so you can easily transfer from hot water to the kitchen sink for draining. Since it folds up so nicely, it takes up much less space than my collection of strainers. I find myself reaching for Vebo now for all my vegetable steaming… I may never use another strainer!
