Fit City Scottsdale presents free “Battle of the Healthy Recipe” contest

Have an especially tasty healthy recipe you’re willing to share? Enter Fit City Scottsdale’s “Battle of the Healthy Recipe” contest and you might walk away with a prize for it!

The group is holding a fun, free event on June 20th, from 5-6pm at Scottsdale Healthcare Osborn Medical Center where participants will sample dishes in three categories and vote for their favorites. Winners will be chosen for best main dish, side dish and dessert and will receive prizes… and all recipes will be shared after the event. Who would pass up an evening of fun with other healthy-food lovers and the opportunity to walk away with some great good-for-you recipes?! Not us.

If you want to participate, you’re encouraged to create a healthy dish that features a whole grain and it must be suitable for one of the three judging categories (main dish, side dish, or dessert).
