Special Cooking Demo at Casa Mia

Looking to wow your friends and family with a homemade Italian meal? Join Hera Ambrosio, co-owner of Scottsdale-based restaurant Casa Mia on Saturday, May 6, at 11am for In The Kitchen with Hera. The cooking demo takes place at Casa Mia. During the lesson, Ambrosio will teach you the tips and tricks to construct a restaurant-quality dinner in your very own home.
What’s on the menu at the Casa Mia cooking demo?
Courses include Zucchine Parmigiana, Pasta with True Genovese fresh basil pesto, Beef Meatballs and Vanilla Pannacotta. All classes include wine (just to make all everyone a little happier).
Classes are $65 per person and reservations are taken at the restaurant or by emailing herainthekitchen@gmail.com. This intimate class will only accommodate 14 individuals so reserve your place now!
