Wine dinners are a great way to really see Chefs shine. They are given the challenge of pairing the delicate nuances of specific wine flavor profiles with their own personal creations, with the main goal being to allow both elements to partner together and accentuate those flavors. As a non-chef, I love these experiences. And few are better at taking on this challange than Chef Jennifer Russo. On March 23rd she and her culinary team will be teaming up with LDV Winery to create a spectacular 5 course meal that you will not want to miss.
