Copper Leaf has partnered with San Tan Brewing Company and will feature a 5-course menu with full pint beer pairings. A representative from San Tan will be there, along with Copper Leaf chef and owner to walk guests through the meal.

Starter|Beer Battered Blackened Catfish Bites and soft pretzel bites w/beer fondue dipping sauce paired with Hefe Weizen Beer Cocktail
First| Grilled Bratwurst with German potato salad on a skewer paired with Oktoberfest Beer
Second| Beef Tenderloin Medallions with shallots and mushroom pale ale reduction paired with Devil’s Ale
Third| Brie and Apple Chutney baked with flaky crust and toast points paired with MoonJuice IPA
Dessert| Chocolate Lava Cake with Port infused raspberry chocolate drizzle and fresh whipped cream dollop paired with Cafe Panther Porter
