Rusconi’s February Luncheon and Cooking Class

Chef Michael Rusconi is passionate about cooking and sharing his expertise with the community. One way that he continues to share his gifts outside of the dining room is to provide occasional instruction at the restaurant. On February 25th, from 10am until 1pm, you can take part in one of his cooking classes at Rusconi’s. Chef Michael will instruct this specific class on some of his trademark dishes. The flavors will be fresh and will integrate unique ingredients served with a side of Rusconi’s signature flair.

What on the agenda for the February 25th Luncheon and Cooking Class?

  • Key West shrimp with fennel, winter citrus and an arugula salad
  • Blackberry glazed pork tenderloin with butternut squash, wilted kale and balsamic jus
  • Dark chocolate bread pudding

The event will consist of complete instruction on the development of these dishes and you’ll get to wrap up the cooking class with a 3-course meal. Wine pairings are available at a supplemental price of $12 per person.

The cooking class itself will cost $65 per attendee.
