New Beers Eve at Brat Haus

Brat Haus in Scottsdale is celebrating in a big way with “New Beers Eve”. The fun starts at 4 p.m. and runs through midnight when Brat Haus will toast with different beer tappings from across the globe every hour, on the hour. Here’s the full schedule:
4 p.m. Germany – Spaten Oktoberfest
5 p.m. England – Samuel Smith Nut Brown
6 p.m. Portugal – Sagres Cerveja
7 p.m. Brazil – Cervejaria Colorado Vixnu
8 p.m. Argentina – Piscola Cocktail
9 p.m. Canada – Unibroue Trois Pistoles
10 p.m. USA (east coast) – Victory Storm King
11 p.m. USA (midwest) – Bell’s Two Hearted Ale
Midnight it’s all about Arizona with a special tapping of Four Peaks Sirius Black (2014)
To soak up all those suds, Brat Haus will feature themed food pairings including rarebit – a cheese toast from the UK. Also, marinated beef skewers, with grilled onions served with chimichurri dipping sauce – a South American treat. Or try one of Brat Haus’ American food favorites like the poutine- fries served with squeaky cheese curds and smothered in gravy or the Arizona burger, a 1/3 pound beef burger with roasted Anaheim pepper, habanero cheese, and prickly pear aioli.
