Paris is a magical place during the holiday season but if you can’t escape Phoenix to visit, you can still enjoy a special French dinner here in the Valley.
Voila French Bistro is hosting a special wine-paired, three-course dinner to celebrate the holidays. Jean-Christophe Gros, the executive chef at Voila French Bistro has been cooking in Michelin star restaurants in France for more than 30 years. He and his wife moved here from France three years ago. The festive dinner includes traditional French dishes that Chef Gros is looking forward to sharing with his guests.
Salade Landaise | Mixed salad with smoked duck breast, homemade foie gras, asparagus and Pine Nuts
Steamed Dover Sole & Scottish Salmon weave | Served with organic quinoa tossed with tomato brunoise and Champagne sabayon sauce
La Bûche de Noël | A traditional sponge cake layered with mouse and covered in chocolate sauce
