I love that our Valley chefs do these pop-up events. I feel like the comradery that these types of events create such a beautiful community. If you’re hard core, you’re going to want to check out the upcoming 6 Chef Punk Rock Pop Up.
Left Coast Catering wants to invite you to Helton Brewing Company along with 6 of the Valley’s most talented chefs as they celebrate anarchy and great food. The chefs will be tapping into their anti-establishment angst in order to create their most inventive, chaotic and rule breaking dishes.
Each course will be paired with craft beer as well as some punk rock anthems spun by DJ Johnny Volume. After dinner you’ll be able to enjoy a special after party with a performance by a local punk rock band along with more beer.
Participating chefs are Jeff Kraus, Judd Cummings, Adam Allison, Kirsten Wabsis, Josh Hebert and Crystal Cass.
A limited amount of tickets are available (only 60!) so be sure to get yours before they are all gone.
