Zappone’s Italian Bistro is all about sharing the love that is Italian cooking and cuisine, whether that is by inviting you to dine with them or sharing their talents in numerous cooking classes that they hold throughout the year.
On July 16th, you are invited to join them at 12pm for a hands-on instructional course on creating the following items:
Sicilian Caponata Bruschetta| traditional sweet and sour eggplant
Arancini| breaded risotto balls with fresh mozzarella and a Bolognese sauce
Sicilian Ricotta Cheesecake
The cost of the cooking class is $44 per person and that includes lunch, all recipes and a non-alcoholic beverage
