On Sunday September 13th, come to Luci’s Healthy Marketplace for their Meatless Mondays Cooking Class! This is the second in a series of five classes by blogger, recipe developer and dining enthusiast, Joanie Simon, of Joanie Simon Media. Vegetarian Sushi, Tabbouleh Stuffed Mushrooms, Sweet Potato & Spiced Garbanzo Tacos and Chocolate Orange Pots de Crème are all on the menu. The class is vegan and gluten-free friendly. Mom said, “eat your veggies,” but going meat free one day a week doesn’t mean you’ll go to bed hungry. This class is perfect for both carnivores and vegetarians. This interactive class will walk you through a full meal, from main course to dessert, and you’ll see that Meatless Mondays don’t require salad.
