Lost Coast Beer Dinner at Mother Bunch Brewery

Mother Bunch Brewing is hosting the upcoming Lost Coast Beer Dinner. This is another Chef Holly inspired paired dinner as they partner with Lost Coast Brewery, created by Barbara Groom in 1990. Lost Coast is currently the 43rd largest craft brewery in the US, producing 90,000 bottles per year.

First| Sharkinator IPA paired with IPA Watermelon and scallop ceviche

Second| Tangerine Wheat paired with roasted root vegetable salad

Third| Raspberry Brown paired with Port Salut cheese and candied orange marmalade on rye toast points

Fourth| Red IPA paired with peach bbq drumsticks, creamy polenta and broccoli slaw

Fifth| Experimental 707 IPA paired with dessert duo of coconut cake and honey panna cotta
