You’re likely aware by now that Chef Christopher Gross is closing the doors of Christopher’s and rush Lounge for the last time on January 27th in preparation for the big move to the Wrigley Mansion. If you want to be part of the closing ceremonies, you’re not going to want to miss the grande finale celebration.
From 5pm until close on January 27th, Chef Christopher will offer a 4 course menu featuring many of the restaurant’s most beloved dishes, including his acclaimed house smoked salmon with caviar. The full menu is below for your reference and priced at $99/person (non-inclusive of tax and gratuity). Wine pairings, specially chosen by Crush’s wine director/co-owner Paola Embry, can be added for $30/person. All wines by the bottle will be 50% off the regular list price that evening as well!
And lastly, as a special thank you to all the customers who come out to support the team on their final day at Biltmore Fashion Park, each guest will receive a complimentary tasting pour from the 6-liter bottle of 2006 DeLille Cellars Chaleur Estate, which was gifted to Chef Christopher Gross and Paola from the winery when the restaurant opened its doors 10 years ago.
