Join SOL Cocina in Scottsdale for an exclusive tequila paired dinner featuring Fortaleza Tequila on November 12th.
The Basics
You can expect to find Emilee Jones, a Fortaleza Tequila expert, on hand to discuss the menu pairings and why they work so well. The on-hand expert will also give some information about the company and their history.
The Bites
The four course menu will include items like Spicy Fried Shrimp, Grilled Sea Bass Tacos, Grilled Skirt Steak among some other surprises.
The Booze
It wouldn’t be a tequila dinner without any tequila, would it? And it will definitely be flowing beginning with a Fortaleza Blanco Margarita. You’ll receive specialty cocktails throughout the evening with each new course.
The Bucks
