Alex Stratta’s September Cooking Class at Match Restaurant

Things are getting wild this September 1st, 2018 with the launch of Match Restaurant & Lounge’s latest cooking class led by Executive Chef Alex Stratta featuring wild mushroom recipes. Event features a welcome cocktail as well as demonstration and tasting of the following three fungi-inspired recipes:

• Maitake Mushroom and Chicken Liver Crostini with raisins and green apples
• Shiitake and Porcini Gemelle with parmigiano and butter
• Chicken and Chanterelle Fricassee with artichokes, bacon and shallots
