Coup Des Tartes always like to spice up the calendar with special events and January is no expection. If you are looking to take the chill out of the weather, you’re invited to attend their Herman Story Wine Maker dinner on the 26th.

Guests of this special dinner will be meet Vailia From, the winemaker and proprietor of Herman Story Wines. Throughout the evening you’ll learn about the unique and fun wines they produce in Paso Robles, CA.

First | Italian Sausage and Tomato Tarte

Savory Italian sausage, tomato, eggs, & cheese baked into a flaky crust paired with 2014 Casual Encounters SGMT

Second | Risotto

Succulent duck & earthy mushrooms in our rich risotto paired with 2014 Buts & Bolts Syrah

Third | Osso Bucco

Tender Veal, braised  in a vegetable and red wine reduction with Yukon gold mashed potatoes paired with 2014 Bolt Cutters Cab Blend

Fourth | Chocolate Lover’s Tarte

Riche chocolate pudding in a chocolate chip cookie crust paired with 2013 Late Bloomer Grenache

The dinner will cost $75 per person, which does not include tax or gratuity.
