LDV Winery Wine Gallery will be hosting an intimate evening with the culinary creations of Saffron JAK as well as winemaker Curt Dunham on May 16th.
The four coure structured dinner will begin at 6pm and will cost $95 pre person or $190 per couple. This pricing does not include tax or gratuity.

braised Persian beef short ribs served wuth dill and fava bean basmati rice
Pairing: 2012 The Signature Petite Sirah
Dessert| Prepares “cold stone” style vanilla ice cream
with baklava served in a roasted pistachio waffle cone bowl
