Mom’s have a lot to deal with; late night feeding, early mornings, picking up after you, finding things that no child can ever seem to find and all those teenage hormones. If you want to try to make it up to her, we’ve got a list of great spots in the East Valley for your 2018 Mothers Day Brunch. From French toast, chilaquiles, donuts and lots of mimosas, we’ve got you and mom covered!

Start pampering mom a day early! Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is offering complimentary Chunky Cinnamon French Toast to all mothers on Saturday, May 12th, since most locations are closed on Sundays. The French toast is prepared on homemade chunky cinnamon bread and topped with a scrumptious caramel syrup, served with strawberries and whipped cream! This is one way to celebrate mom all weekend long – Breakfast is served from 7am until 11am and the offer is valid with additional entree purchase.

Portillo’s, the restaurant chain known for its menu of Chicago-style favorites, is celebrating Mothers Day with the return of its Heart-Shaped Chocolate Cake. Avaliable in-stores and for delivery, the special menu item can also be ordered  through Portillo’s online Shipping service  – allowing guests to deliver a heart-shaped cake to anyone nationwide. The Heart-Shaped Chocolate Cakes ($15.99) will be available for in-store pick-up from May 10-13. Customers can now pre-order the sweet treat by ordering online, by calling 866-YUM-BEEF, or visiting the Portillo’s store nearest to them.

One of the newest spots in Tempe is hosting a fabulous Mothers Day Brunch. Guests will have an array of options to choose from. Some of those are tacos, flatbread and a salmon wellington. TRES will also have bloody Marias, a Press cold brewed ice coffee cocktail along with Spanish red sangria and Arizona sunset sangria. Cost will vary based on selections. The special brunch will be available on Sunday from 11am until 3pm.

In honor of moms everywhere, Zappone’s Italian Bistro is preparing a whole menu dedicated to giving Mom the day off from cooking! Starting the day off right, guests can enjoy an array of special items like mascarpone French toast, a crab cake scramble, eggplant parmesan, chicken piccata, veal marsala among many other options. Guests are invited to round out their meal with a variety of beverage options from bottomless Bellinis, mimosas and Bloody Marys, to coffee specialties such as cappuccino, espresso and lattes.
