Pickle Lovers, This One’s for You: Postino Launches Hot Pickle Dip With Grillo’s

Posted on: September 9th, 2026 by Taryn Jeffries No Comments

Apparently, pickles are still having their moment — and honestly, we’re not mad about it.

Pickle fans have a new reason to stop by Postino. The Postino Hot Pickle Dip, created in collaboration with Grillo’s Pickles, is available for a limited time through October 28.

The new dip marks Postino’s first-ever culinary brand collaboration and combines whipped cream cheese, labneh yogurt, garlic, fresh dill and Grillo’s pickle brine, then gets topped with Grillo’s Hot Dill Pickles for good measure.

It’s served with crispy house chips and fresh vegetables including watermelon radish, cucumbers and carrots, so technically there are vegetables involved. We’ll take it.

What to Pair With Postino’s Hot Pickle Dip

Because this is Postino, of course there’s a pairing involved.

The beverage team recommends enjoying the dip with a glass of Mother Block Orange Wine or a Sierra Nevada Hazy Little Thing IPA.

The Hot Pickle Dip is available at Postino locations from September 3 through October 28, giving pickle devotees plenty of time to decide whether this is a snack, a meal or simply a lifestyle choice.

Tempe Gets a Grillo’s Pickles Sampling Event

Valley pickle fans get a little something extra.

On Saturday, October 3, from noon to 2 p.m., Postino Annex in Tempe will host a special sampling event tied to the collaboration.

Guests can stop by for Grillo’s Pickles samples and snag limited-edition Postino x Grillo’s stickers while supplies last.

Postino Annex is one of only a handful of locations around the country hosting the event, which means Tempe gets some very specific pickle bragging rights.

A First for Postino

The collaboration marks Postino’s first culinary partnership with another brand.

Postino may now have locations across several states, but it got its start right here in Arizona in 2001. That makes the Tempe event a particularly fun local stop for anyone curious about the collaboration — or anyone who simply needs more pickles in their life.

Disclosure: PhoenixBites received information about this collaboration from Postino’s public relations team. This is an informational news post and not a restaurant review.
