Fresh Fruit Basket with Berries, Crisp Vegetables with Cilantro Ranch Dressing, Tortellini Pasta Salad, Southwestern Potato Salad. Omelets Station including ham, bacon, shrimp, chorizo, smoked vegetables, cheese, onions, green chilies, mushrooms, jalapenos and salsa. Details: Easter brunch menu will include lemon poached shrimp, snow crab claws, marinated green lip mussels and little neck clams, domestic and imported cheeses and charcuterie, organic vegetable crudités and a house-smoked and poached wild salmon display, as well as a station featuring a wide selection of salads. The carving and grill stations will feature slow-roasted aged prime rib, Achiote grilled pork loin, grilled lamb chops, wild boar sausage and grilled oysters on the half shell. The bisque station will feature the restaurant’s legendary Lobster Bisque as well as delicate cool strawberry Champagne bisque. Other highlights include a waffle station, Chef’s frittata station and a full spread of fine desserts.
