Treat mom to a brunch this Mother’s Day that is not only delicious, but healthy too! I mean, you want her to live a long, happy life, right? At True Food Kitchen, you can indulge as much as you want knowing that you’re stuffing your body with good-for-you nutrients… without sacrificing taste.

On Mother’s Day, both True Food Kitchen locations will offer a special Mother’s Day Feature dish—a Pan Roasted Halibut ($24 and gluten-free) with spring asparagus, hon shimeji mushrooms, arugula and citrus vinaigrette—along with a featured dessert, Strawberry Shortcake ($7) made with local organic berries, vanilla bean shortcake and Greek yogurt. The special dishes will be available from 10am-4pm on Mother’s Day only.

In addition to the features, they’ll also be serving up their regular brunch menu including favorites like the Quinoa Johnny Cake $9 (banana, maple syrup and Greek yogurt) and Tofu Scramble Wrap $9 (with soy chorizo, pasilla and Anasazi bean). View the entire brunch menu here.
