The 14,000 square-foot space, which offers considerable curb appeal along the northeast corner of First and Garfield streets, comes compliments of Co-Founders Kell Duncan and Hartley Rodie, with design-build by Local Studio, and will feature a broad mix of eateries, bars and retailers.
