Grilled cheese, please!

Posted on: January 30th, 2012 by Amy Martin No Comments

On February 26 from 4pm-7pm, Scottsdale’s Hotel Valley Ho gets cheesy (in a good way) when the second Grilled Cheese Throw Down is held in their Sands Conference Center (formerly Trader Vic’s) as Valley chefs compete for the title of ‘Best Grilled Cheese.’

Cost to attend is $20 and includes all the grilled cheese you can eat, plus other delectables, and one ‘People’s Choice’ ticket entry. Drink specials will be offered all afternoon.
Confirmed chefs include some of our local favorites and food-scene “cool kids”… take a look at the Grilled Cheese Throw Down roster:

  • Mike from 5th & Wine
  • Sean Currid of ZuZu
  • Graeme Blair of Brittlebush Bar & Grill at the Westin Kierland
  • Joel LaTondress of Hotdish Inc.
  • Tony Morales of Desert Smoke BBQ
  • Slade Grove of Creative Gourmet
  • Christopher Costantino of Costantino’s Kitchen
  • Shantal Chase of Carte Blanche Gourmet
  • Elizabeth Meinz of Orange Table

Tickets will go quickly, so be sure to get yours soon! Visit girlmeetsfork.com for more details on how to purchase.
