Elevate Coffee’s Red Velvet Cake Frapp
Ever had a Red Velvet Cake Frapp? The baristas at Elevate Coffee (located at The Shops at Norterra in North Phoenix) turn them out every day. First served this past spring, Elevate’s Red Velvet Cake Frapp has become one of their most popular items on the menu.
The smooth, icy beverage is created with red velvet cake powder and blended with your preference of milk (whole is standard, but you may opt for soy, almond or skim), then topped with whipped cream as any dessert should be. A 16oz. will run you about $3.60, including tax.

If you’ve really got a sweet tooth and a drinkable cup o’ cake just isn’t enough, Elevate Coffee offers several homemade baked sweet-treats on the menu. They also offers traditional espresso drinks and teas, breakfast dishes, sandwiches and more. Head in on a Friday or Saturday night at 8pm for live music or Open Mic Night on Wednesdays from 7-9pm.
