Local Bistro Introduces New Steakhouse Cuts Menu

Being from the Midwest, steak is now and always has been a big part of my diet. Through the course of my life I have tasted some of the best and worst steaks out there; fancy cuts and really cheap cuts. I’m here to tell you there is only so much spices, sauces and preparation can do and you can’t mask a no-good-very-bad steak.

On the other hand, high quality meats when dining out can get pretty pricey. This is where Local Bistro comes in. Their new Steakhouse Cuts menu offers an affordable way for diners to enjoy steakhouse quality meal without the hefty price tag.

The new Steakhouse Cuts selections include a variety of cuts of mid-western corn-fed beef, aged 45 days along with your choice of sauce and potatoes in a casual and relaxed dining space. Local Bistro is great for a family dinner, a special date night or a fun meet up with friends.
