Cholla’s Summer Chopped Salad Special

Servings 2 people

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Romaine lettuce sliced
  • 2 ounces purple kale sliced
  • 1/4 cup red and yellow bell peppers sliced
  • 1/4 cup cucumber seeded and sliced
  • 3 cherry tomatoes sliced
  • 2 ounces mustard lemon vinaigrette
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix romaine, kale, bell peppers, cucumbers and tomatoes with the mustard lemon vinaigrette and salt and pepper.
