Talavera Welcomes Guest Chefs for Nights of Culinary Creativity
“This is an amazing culinary community, with talent rivaling any major city,” says Mecinas. “We started the Mashup series last year to celebrate our local chefs and welcome new creativity into our kitchen. The response has been overwhelmingly positive, and we can’t wait to return this spring with an exciting new line up.”
The Spring 2016 Talavera Mashup Series:
- Sunday, March 20th: Bootleggers Modern American Smokehouse featuring Chef Fidencio Alatriste
- Sunday, April 24th: Noble Eatery featuring Chef Claudio Urciuoli
- Sunday, May 22nd: L’Auberge Restaurant featuring Chef Rochelle Daniel
- Sunday, June 19th: El Chorro featuring Chef Kelly Fletcher
Each evening features a four-course tasting menu, with highlights from each chef’s culinary concept. The chef’s join forces for a specialty amuse course to start you off on your culinary journey. The cost for each event in the series is $95 per person, not including tax or gratuity.
