The Evolution of Blender Recipes

It’s not debatable that juicing and smoothies are all the rage right now and the health benefits really cannot be denied. We all want to be healthier and live our best lives and blender drinks, when done the right way, can really lend to that.

If you find yourself searching all over the internet and Pinterest looking for new and exciting recipes like I do so often, you may have already heard of Tess Master, commonly referred to as The Blender Girl. She creates epic allergy-free whole food concoctions that are easy to make and accessible to anyone, no matter your dietary restrictions. She has been featured in a variety of markets and is garnering a reputation as an authority on blender drinks.
